At MPORTED, we offer free shipping and returns for all U.S. customers. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times and do not include weekends or holidays.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Free Shipping: We offer free UPS Ground shipping and USPS Ground Advantage shipping for all U.S. orders, typically delivering within 2-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer the following expedited UPS and USPS shipping options for an additional fee:

  • UPS 2-Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail Express

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping through DHL and USPS. Delivery times usually range from 3-10 business days, depending on the destination, and shipping fees will apply. Expedited shipping is available for additional fees.

Restricted Countries: Certain countries may be restricted due to trade regulations or shipping carrier limitations. If you’re in a country that doesn’t allow shipping, please contact us, and we’ll assist you further.

Duties and Fees: Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order through the respective carrier’s tracking system (UPS, USPS, or DHL) or through our Order Tracking Portal.

Track via Shop Pay: If you have an account with us and used Shop Pay, you can track your order directly through your Shop Pay account for added convenience.


MISSING ORDER

If you're missing items or a shipment, please contact us please contact us at info@mported.us within 30 days of the ship date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
