At MPORTED, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to facilitate easy returns and exchanges. As with shipping, returns are also free (for U.S. customers).


RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for an exchange or a refund. Please note that the item(s) must meet the conditions outlined below to qualify for a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Non-Returnable items include: Gift Cards and Final Sale.



RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For U.S. customers, returns are free! You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label at no charge.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Initiate a Return: Click this link to access our Returns Portal. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, click on this link to access our Returns Portal. Please provide your order number and desired exchange. For U.S. customers, a prepaid shipping label will be provided at no charge. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the exchange item to you.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@mported.us with details and a photo of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
